1 Bedroom Apartment in Seminole

This is an adult only private luxury home 30 minutes from TPA, nestled between Clearwater and St. Petersburg and close to Gulf beaches. The home sits on 1 acre of natural Florida landscaping.
Guests have private entrance to your suites with full bath, mini fridge, coffee maker, microwave, large tv, cable, free wifi and internet access, use of large salt water pool, gas grill, private sunbathing area, 2 outdoor fire pits with plenty of outdoor seating areas.
We do provide gas for the gas grill located under a carport with a seating ares, coin laundry is located in the garage. We also have firewood for $7 per bundle. Our home has 3 suites available all with the same amenities, so if you are traveling with other couples or friends it's the perfect place. The blue room does not open up to the pool it is located in the front of the house. The west wing is the only suite that opens up to the pool. We can host up to 6 people at a time.
You can start your day with some coffee k cups and you get a gift certificate to one our favorite restaurants, PJs Oyster Bar a short walk over the bridge!
We are known to be clean freaks, we wash all linens, quilts, pillow shams, and blankets between each guests. Most vacation rentals do not so you can rest easy here!

Summary: The pictures showing the property don't do it justice. The suite was extremely clean, nice decor and was stocked with everything you may need. And definitely try and buy the Rum Cake. Delicious! Lynn was a fantastic host.

Summary: What a lovely place. We stayed two nights in yhe Blue Room, but wished we could have stayed longer. The room was immaculate, had all the amenities of home with no small detail left out. We eere greeted by two rum cake slices. The king bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean, spacious, and had all the needed accessories and more - even a pair of reading hlasses just in case you gorgot your own. We highly tecommend this spot. There os a lovely pool, fire pits, and frienfly people. You can’t go wrong here!

Summary: The facility was nice and private. The room was clean and gave us everything we needed for a weeks stay. We enjoyed just sitting around the pool or the fireplace area. It was minutes from the beaches and any eating place that we wanted to try out. The owners were really nice and accommodating. We would recommend anyone to try it out.

Summary: Our first time and the accommodations were perfect for us. Greatness is in the details; having shampoo, conditioner, soap, lotion (even reading glasses if you need them!!). Sitting outside with the beautiful landscaping. Comfortable bed and relaxing next to the pool. Very unique setup that we would visit again.

Summary: Needed a short term location and this was available Location is fine but somewhat off the main roads but this does give it a very quite and peaceful location Hosts are quick to respond and their place is very inviting The bed could be a bit better but that is also a personal choice
